Castle palace and lookout tower

This tour route passes through the preserved southern palace of the original two-palace castle. From the ground floor passage visitors can reach the first floor of the palace via a wooden staircase. There they will see a large hall with archaeological findings and a model of the Litice valley with its castle. A second staircase rises to the second floor of the palace, where there is an exhibition of period photographs, postcards and sculptures from the artist Jaroslav Šafr. The tour continues through a balcony overlooking the courtyard to the castle tower. In the tower the spaces of the former castle chapel with restored medieval plaster are preserved. The top floor of the tower serves as a lookout with views of the surroundings of the castle and of Králický Sněžník. The sightseeing tour can be completed independently or with a guide.
